It soon became clear that his expertise in leveraging emerging technologies, particularly AI/LLMs and blockchain, could be a powerful catalyst for growth for lean startups. Currently, he operates Nik's Consulting and has launched MyTegami.win, an AI-powered web application, to provide fractional CPO services, strategic DX consulting, and AI-driven solutions to help ventures find their product-market fit and achieve sustainable growth as seamlessly and cost-effectively as possible.
